We are currently experiencing general delays on shipments from Great Britain of two to four weeks.

• Hold ups due to high workload at British customs
• Reduced quantity of shipments (not enough piece goods to fill the trailers)
• High work load due to missing, incomplete or wrong documents
• Hold ups due to higher workload at German customs
• Longer processing times and hold ups due to Corona safety procedures

We had expected issues on freight flow from Great Britain from the 1^st Jan. 2021 on and precociously implemented all actions to minimize these that we could. But we did not expect issues of this extent.

This effects all non-stock items, as well as some stock items that we now have run out of, that we purchase in Great Britain.

Currently we are not receiving any binding information on delivery times from the freight forwarders. So unfortunately we can also not confirm any delivery times until the goods are actually physically in our warehouse. Anything else would only be speculation.

We hope you understand that due to the sheer mass of affected items, we can not inform each customer individually. If you are waiting for a shipment that is overdue, please feel free to contact us.
